Valley of the Kings by Hot Air Balloon! (What an awesome view!)

It seemed like my head had barely hit the pillow when the alarm sounded at 3 am. We were being met by our guide in the hotel lobby at 3:30 am in order to get to the balloon launch site in time to be airborne before sunrise. Arriving in Luxor from Cairo, we visited the both the East Bank of the Nile during the afternoon of the first day we were there. This including the Karnak Temples as well as the Luxor Temple.

Inside the Pyramids, The Sphinx and Mummies in Cairo

Cairo was the first stop in our Christmas Holiday which also included Lebanon, Jordan and Israel. We visited the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the stepped Pyramids of Djoser and the Egyptian Museum.

An Emotional Trip to Algeria (we visit Algiers and Bejaïa during the 2019 protests!)

Lynn and Andrew from Einhorn Travel made an emotional trip to Algiers and the Commonwealth War Graves in Bejaïa. We spend a few days in the capital Algiers and enjoy some of the local culture and flavours there. We then head to Bejaïa where we spread the ashes of Lynn's father over the grave of her Grandfather who was killed there in the Second World War.
